This MCAAA project is a Statewide CAA Database which is a web-based software interface system for CAAs to utilize in gathering data and through program reporting. MCAAA expects to integrate multiple data technologies into a cohesive computing system that increases client service capability. This centralized database will allow for single entry of client data to determine basic program eligibility; single interface to multiple systems; consolidation, improved speed, and accuracy of client, agency and state reports; interfaces with separate fiscal systems; improved security; and improved client service capability.
