Senior Services

Families are the cornerstones of community. From the youngest child to the oldest senior, CAAs provide services that help low income families stay together and achieve a higher level of economic independence and stability. Some examples:
• Senior nutrition programs (e.g. Meals on Wheels)
• Accessing Medicaid and other health insurance
• Adult day care and caregiver support
• Food pantries, congregant meals, and community gardens
• Free tax preparation assistance
• Financial literacy and household budgeting
• Advocacy for low income families and seniors
