MCAAA coordinates this fee-for-service contract in which subcontractor CAAs provide direct assistance to individuals enrolling in health plans through Medicaid. MCAAA and its subcontracted CAAs provide outreach, education, and enrollment services for this program and are out by Field Enrollment Counselors (FECs) trained and certified by MAXMUS.
